PA Senate has approved a bill to ban ALL cellular phone usage while driving in PA! It now goes to HOUSE OF REPS. for final approval! NOT just text messaging but all cell usage! One of my daughters got pulled over in Harrisburg for being on the phone and won't make that mistake again".
